Introduction

Welcome to SSQUARE PK. By engaging with us through our website, services, or contractual agreements, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services

SSQUARE PK provides software development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, e-commerce solutions, and digital marketing services. Service scope will be detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW) or signed contract with each client.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide all necessary project requirements, content, and feedback in a timely manner.

  • Assign a single point of contact for communication and approvals.

  • Ensure that any third-party materials shared (e.g., images, content, software) are properly licensed.

Project Timelines

  • Timelines will be provided based on the agreed scope of work.

  • Any delay in feedback or deliverables from the client may result in project delays.

  • SSQUARE PK is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen technical or third-party service disruptions.

Payment Terms

  • A minimum of 30–50% advance payment is required before starting any project.

  • Invoices must be paid within 7–15 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional charges.

Revisions and Scope Changes

    • Minor revisions are included within the agreed scope.

    • Any major change or additional features requested will be considered a change in scope and may incur additional costs and time.

Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, all custom source code, designs, and documentation created for the client will become their property.

  • SSQUARE PK reserves the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the project.

  • SSQUARE PK signs NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) upon request for sensitive projects.

Warranties and Liability

  • SSQUARE PK ensures that all work is original and does not knowingly infringe on third-party rights.

  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., traffic, sales) unless contractually stated.

  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the respective service.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with a 14-day written notice.

  • In case of termination, the client will pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

Support and Maintenance

  • Post-launch support is available for 15–30 days unless otherwise included in a maintenance contract.

  • Ongoing support plans are available for an additional fee.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising will be settled in the courts of Rawalpindi/Islamabad.

Amendments

SSQUARE PK reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or our website.
