Since our services are custom-developed for each client, refund and return eligibility differs from physical products. To maintain transparency, we have established the following Refund & Returns Policy.

 General Policy

  • All services offered by SSQUAREPK are digital and customized according to project requirements.
  • Refunds are not automatic; all requests will be carefully reviewed based on the progress of the project.
  • Our approach ensures a fair balance between respecting a client’s investment and acknowledging the work already completed by our team.

 Refund Eligibility

  • Before Project Begins: If work has not yet started on your project, you are eligible for a full refund of any amount paid.
  • During Development: If you request a refund while the project is in progress, charges will apply proportionally for the portion of work already completed. The remaining balance will be refunded.
  • After Project Completion: Once a project has been delivered as per the agreed scope of work, no refunds will be issued.

 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Completed and delivered development projects.
  • Delays or disruptions caused by the client, such as not providing timely content, approvals, or required information.
  • Additional feature requests or scope changes outside of the original agreement.

 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will always be issued via the original payment method used.
  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the client’s payment provider.

 Returns Policy

As SSQUAREPK offers digital services only, no physical goods are involved and therefore, returns are not applicable.
