Shopping Policy
At SSQUARE PK, we aim to make the process of purchasing our software solutions and services simple, transparent, and secure. This Shopping Policy explains how our clients can purchase, receive, and use our services.
1. Ordering Process
- Clients can reach us via email, phone, or website contact form to discuss their requirements.
- Once the requirements are finalized, we provide a quotation or proposal for approval.
- Upon approval, the client will receive an invoice with payment details.
2. Payment Methods
We accept payments through:
- Bank Transfer (local & international)
- PayPal / Stripe (for international clients)
- Cash deposit (for local clients in Pakistan)
Note: All payment details will be shared securely with the client.
3. Service Delivery
- For digital services (software development, web apps, mobile apps, e-commerce, etc.), delivery is made electronically via:
- Git repositories (GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab, etc.)
- Cloud deployment (AWS, DigitalOcean, Azure, etc.)
- Email or secure file transfer
- Delivery timelines are clearly mentioned in the project proposal/contract.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders (projects) can be canceled only before work begins.
- Refunds are not available for work already completed or delivered.
- If a project is canceled mid-way, the client is responsible for payment of completed milestones.
5. Revisions
- Minor revisions that fall within the original scope are included.
- Additional features or major revisions require a new quotation and agreement.
6. Pricing & Currency
- All service charges are quoted in USD or PKR.
- Clients are responsible for covering applicable taxes, VAT, or bank charges.
